Our Team

Jacqueline Rainford Director, RN, BSN, DDP
Jacqueline Rainford, a Christian mother of 2, wife of 25 + years to Plaxton Rainford and a RN. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from FIU and worked in various settings to include the hospitals and State Health Departments. I enjoy the outdoors, travelling, dancing and spending time with my family.
In 2008, my family and I became host home providers serving a young lady with a disability in our own home which was a blessing to us all. In 2013, we decided to start First Option Services beginning with residential supports in Henry County and then expanded to Fayette County. In the interim our day supports began in Spalding County and expanded to Fayette county which is mainly community based.
The philosophy at First Option Services is based on a Person Centered Approach which we aspire to enforce on a daily basis. What does that mean? It’s basically putting the individual we serve as our main focus. Their dreams, their passion, their wants and needs. We want our participants to look forward to their day, doing the things they want to do, places they want to go and learning what’s of interest to them.
I am excited to serve the families of Fayette county and surrounding areas, helping each person to achieve their dreams and goals and growing together as a community.

Brooke Wright Assistant Director, DDP
Brooke is a devoted mom, married to Mike, and together they navigate the joys and challenges of a blended family with five children: Michael , Colby , Ruby , Gavin , and Paxton. Her parenting journey took an unexpected turn when both Gavin and Paxton were diagnosed with nonverbal autism. This pivotal moment fueled Brooke’s determination to provide the best support for her sons, leading her to seek guidance from other parents and ultimately to being an advocate for autism awareness.
Armed with a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management and over 11 years of experience in the Mental Health and Developmental Disability field, Brooke has become a passionate advocate for autism awareness and support.
In addition to her advocacy work, Brooke has recently taken on the role of Assistant Director of the First Option Services Day Program, where she brings her extensive experience and expertise to support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
